Use your mouse to select the code:
Hold down the Shift key, and click to the end of code fragment you want to select (or press the arrow key in the direction you want).
To make a rectangular or column selection, hold down the Alt key on the keyboard while making the selection.
You can use main menu subitems or following hotkeys to:
Navigate to the start of the block. Move to start of the block - Ctrl + [
Navigate to the end of the block. Move to end of the block - Ctrl + ]
Select to start of block - Ctrl + Shift + [
Select to end of block - Ctrl + Shift + ]
Select block - Alt + Shift + Q
Select block with bracket - Ctrl + Shift + Q
Select attribute value - Alt + Shift + E
Select attribute with value - Ctrl + Shift + E
